Comprehensive management of recoverable waste
We design custom collection routes for shopping centers, industries, residential complexes and public entities.
Six areas of work through which we generate social, environmental and economic impact in Bogotá.
Waste recovery is a complementary activity of the public sanitation service. It comprises the collection of recoverable waste separated at the source, its selective transport to a Sorting and Recovery Station (ECA), and its sorting and weighing. In Colombia, Decree 1381 of 2024 defined this framework and the formalization of waste pickers as providers of this activity. These are the areas through which we make it happen:

We recognize and value the work of every waste picker, providing support and training so they feel proud of their work as an essential pillar of the community.
We support our members in their process of formalization as providers of the public waste-recovery service (Decree 1381 of 2024): we make them visible, strengthen their capacities and defend their right to decent work. Behind every route there is a family, a story and a life project.

As a complementary activity of the public sanitation service, recovery returns to the production chain the materials that still have value, preventing them from ending up in the landfill.
We collect the recoverable material separated at the source, transport it selectively to the Sorting and Recovery Station (ECA), and there we sort and weigh it for commercialization, reporting the tonnes actually recovered.

We facilitate the commercialization of recyclable materials with transparency and fairness, connecting waste pickers with local markets and companies.
By aggregating volume and negotiating collectively, we improve sale conditions and guarantee fairer, more stable income for waste-picker families, with traceability of the material handed over.

We promote a model where every piece of waste has a purpose: reuse, recycling and reduction, creating a sustainable cycle that benefits the environment and the community.
Every kilo recovered avoids the extraction of virgin resources, saves energy and reduces pressure on the Doña Juana landfill. We close the materials loop and build a cleaner, more resilient city.

Environmental education is the foundation of good recycling. We bring training and awareness to homes, schools, residential complexes and companies.
We teach source separation according to the national color code (Resolution 2184 of 2019) with workshops, talks and hands-on activities that build civic culture and improve the quality of recoverable material.

Creative transformation of materials into valuable products, together with CikloArtesanías and eco-artisan partners.
We give post-industrial materials a second life, turning them into useful and decorative pieces. This generates supplementary income for the community and shows, with tangible examples, the power of the circular economy.

Turn your home into a zero-waste space.
We connect Bogotá's families and residential complexes with a scheduled selective-collection system. We ensure your home's recoverable waste doesn't end up in the Doña Juana landfill, but instead becomes decent livelihood for our 120+ members and new industrial raw material.
