As a formal association we comply with Decree 1381 of 2024 and keep all our legal documentation up to date. For security and to protect our information, these documents are not available for public download: we share them through a verified channel with anyone who requests them.

Rules that govern our work
Public waste-recovery service. Defines the scheme of the activity and the formalization regime for waste pickers.
Single decree of the housing sector. Rule that Decree 1381 modifies and expands regarding waste recovery.
Color code. Unifies source separation (white, green and black) nationwide since 2021.
Residential public utilities. General framework of the public sanitation service in Colombia.
Data protection (Habeas Data). Governs the processing of our users' personal data.
Personal data processing
In compliance with Law 1581 of 2012 (Habeas Data), the personal data you provide through the contact form will be processed for the sole purpose of handling your request, partnership or donation. We collect only the necessary data and do not share it with third parties without your authorization.
As the data owner, you have the right to access, update, correct and request the deletion of your information. To exercise these rights, write to us at asofamiciklo@gmail.com.
The site complies with the communications section of Decree 1381 of 2024, providing a contact channel for users and publishing the organization's information.
Use of cookies
This site uses statistical measurement cookies (Google Analytics 4) to learn which pages are visited most and improve the information we publish. We do not use advertising cookies, we do not build commercial profiles and we do not sell or transfer your data.
Analytics cookies are only enabled if you accept them. Until you do, none are installed in your browser and the site works normally. Your decision is stored in your own browser for 12 months and you can change it whenever you want.
